In 2018 Niece Trucking became a Special Olympics Iowa Premier Statewide Partner. All through the partnership between Special Olympics Iowa and Niece Trucking became official in 2018, Niece Trucking had been supporting Special Olympics Iowa for many years before that.  They are instrumental in the success of the Truck Convoy fundraiser that takes place every fall, and their employees can be seen helping at the Summer Games each May.

At the 2019 Summer Games, Niece Trucking was recognized as the Outstanding Corporate Partner of the Year.
