What are the symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19)?
Patients with coronavirus (COVID-19) have a mild to severe respiratory illness with symptoms of:
- Fever
- Cough
- Shortness of breath
Most people with coronavirus (COVID-19) will have a mild illness, but some will get more sick and may need to be hospitalized. Seek medical advice if you develop symptoms, and have been in close contact with a person known to have coronavirus (COVID-19).
Illness Prevention
- Wash your hands often
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth
- Avoid contact with people who are sick
- Stay home if you don’t feel well
- Get plenty of sleep
