On February 1, Special Olympics Iowa will be returning to Phase 1 of our Return to Play Plan. This will allow delegations to hold practices in groups of 10 or fewer individuals. If a delegation has not already reviewed the Return to Play Guidelines, completed the training course, and spoke with Dawn Criss, they must do so before beginning Phase 1.
