Team Fit: Spring Training will focus on encouraging athletes to continue pursuing their health, fitness, and sports goals by completing daily focused activities with the support of a Unified community. The program will build Unified friendships and communities and provide content that athletes can access and work through within their homes while they are away from their typical Special Olympics sports practices. By completing the Team Fit training program, athletes will work towards their goals while preparing their minds and bodies for upcoming sports seasons.
The eight-week program is available to those with and without technology-access as program materials will be available both online and in printed format. Optional supplemental videos will also be available to go along with some activities.

Step 2: Receive your training booklet through the mail or by downloading it from this page. (Training booklet will be available to download beginning March 15.)
Step 3: Virtually meet teammates and set up weekly communication.
Step 4: Do the daily activities beginning on March 22.
Step 5: Track your activity and collect all eight pins.
