annually. Currently, Ames, Davenport, Des Moines, Dubuque, Iowa City, Council
Bluffs, Cedar Falls/Waterloo, Indianola, Cedar Rapids, Fort Dodge, Southeast
Iowa and Sioux City each hold their own Polar Plunge. Participants will jump into the Mississippi in groups of 10 or more.

When a

they receive. Special prizes will be given to the Plunger who raises the most
money, the team with the best costume and the Plunger with the best costume.
