Friday, March 9
1:00 - 5:00 pm - Registration (registration at motel if staying overnight)
6:00 - 7:00 pm - Banquet at Marriott
7:30 - 8:30 pm - Dance at Marriott

Saturday, March 10
8:30 am - Cheerleading competition begins
9:00 am - Basketball competition begins
9:00 am - Gymnastics competition begins
9:00 am - Powerlifting competition begins
9:30 am - Basketball Skills competitions beings

Every year in March, nearly 1,000 athletes compete in basketball, basketball skills, powerlifting, gymnastics and cheerleading during the Mid-Winter Tournament at the University of Iowa Field House in Iowa City.  The evening before the tournament, a banquet and dance takes place at the Marriott.  Healthy Athlete programs are also held at the Field House during the competitions.

The next Mid-Winter Tournament will be held March 9-10, 2012 at the University of Iowa in Iowa City.
