What to Expect:
This event features a cold start and a warm ending as plungers run into the lake from beach access to raise money for Special Olympics Iowa. Get your team together (costumes optional, but fun) and create an experience full of memories as you go "freezin' for a reason".
Professional divers are on hand to assist our plungers and after you freeze, we provide heated changing areas on-site. Spectators cheer and view the plunge from the beach area.
