State Competitions

Since 1968, we have been providing quality games and competitions for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.  The growth of our programs has been tremendous and today we serve nearly 11,000 athletes and their Unified Sports Partners in each of Iowa’s 99 counties.  

Our staff is committed to providing a safe and equitable environment for our athletes to enjoy the thrill of competition, experience joy, and share their achievements.  Our games are made possible by the generous assistance of more than 15,000 volunteers every year.
